The Hondajet Elite will support charter operations from its base at Farnborough airport ahead of the arrival of a second in October.
Bookajet has debuted the Hondajet Elite onto the G-registry and its UK Air Operator Certificate. it is offering the light business jet for charter from it’s Farnborough airport HQ base. Presented in a grey and orange livery, the newly registered aircraft seats up to five passengers in executive seating.
“We are very enthusiastic about bringing this stunning executive aircraft into charter service in a UK first. It is an ideal entry level for passenger trips around the UK and into Europe with up to three hours flying time,” says managing director Jonathan Clements.
The privately owned charter solutions company was established in 1997 and evolved into AOC operations in 2005. Its Hondajet fleet will be headed by director of flight operations captain Alex Fleming, who formerly flew one of the company’s Hawker 850XPs. He recently completed his initial type rating at FlightSafety International at Farnborough Airport.
The company is looking at adding a second Hondajet to its fleet in January this year, that will also be based at Farnborough airport.
“The aircraft has tremendous ramp appeal,” adds Clements. “Right down to the elegant nose shape that inspired by Salvatore Ferragamo stiletto. It is also finely tuned through years of aerodynamic testing and development”.
