Bookajet, one of Europe’s leading executive jet charter and management companies are currently recruiting for an Aircraft Charter Executive to join their energetic and dynamic team based at Farnborough airport.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include processing and managing charter enquiries for executive jet charter. You will be working with existing clients as well as  developing new business leads for opportunities worldwide.

You are responsible for building customer relations and creating a client list by targeting individual clients and companies who require charter services.

Skills & Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience gained in a similar aviation environment, have sound commercial acumen and a strong focus on sales and business development. We are looking for individuals who have the ability to identify key prospects, establish a contact with them and then convert that into sales. In the longer term you will go on to build lasting relationships with your own portfolio of clients, ensuring repeat business in the future.

You will have good communication skills, be well organised and conscientious, attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with problems or challenges in a calm and professional manner, you should also demonstrate experience of procurement or negotiation in order to obtain best value for Bookajet and its clients. Verbal and written fluency in business English is required.

Knowledge of the product in terms of aircraft types, availability, airports, handling agents etc is an advantage as well as good geographical knowledge. Languages are a distinct advantage but not essential.

A passion for aviation is essential!
