How often do I need to use my card to make it worthwhile?

JetBlack works for all your charter needs regardless of how regularly you fly it. It offers the most convenient and cost-effective solution to chartering private jets.

What's included in the price?

JetBlack includes everything from catering to fuel and landing fees - meaning you make one, simple payment and are only charged for the hours you fly.

What's not included in the price?

Helicopter and limousine transfers, special catering and any additional security. Also, some high-density airports may incur surcharges.

How do you calculate the flying hours I am charged?

Flight times are predetermined and are calculated on fixed times, plus six minutes taxi and take-off and landing. No additions will be made for headwinds or aircraft holding.

Are there any hidden extras?

No - JetBlack is fully inclusive and does not charge extra for fluctuating fuel prices or actual flying time.

How do you ensure my safety?

As a public transport Air Operator Certificate holder, we operate to stringent EASA safety regulations; and we insist that all of our partner airlines conform to the same strict standards. All flights are operated by 2 highly experienced, fully qualified pilots.

Where can I use my JetBlack Card?

You can fly to thousands of airports around the world to a fixed rate and with guaranteed availability. Discounts apply in the USA and a small positioning charge may apply outside Europe and North America.

What levels of service can I expect?

JetBlack is provided by Bookajet, who have offices and aircraft worldwide. You will also be appointed a dedicated Account Manager, who will be available to you around the clock, 7 days a week.

What happens if I have unused flying hours on my card?

JetBlack has no tie-in period; therefore you will be refunded your card's balance at any time, without question.
